Mark is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Victoria. He has 16 years of experience in the areas of financial reporting and taxation, working primarily with Canadian and US public corporations. Previously, Mark worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the tax group and is currently the Chair of Tax, Securities and Investment Committee at the Association of Mineral Exploration British Columbia.

Manuela brings over 10 years experience in the legal field, where she has acting as Legal Counsel to various private companies in Romania and as Manager Legal Affairs and Paralegal for public companies and over 500 private companies in Canada. As a Paralegal/Corporate Secretary, Manuela applies her in-depth knowledge of corporate laws, capital markets, security laws and corporate governance to provide all types of support and guidance to company directors, helping them in discharging their duties. Manuela obtained her Law Degree at the University of West Timisoara in Romania, and continued her studies to obtain her Masters in European Law at the University of Oradea, prior to relocating to BC. She has obtained her Paralegal Certificate in Canada and she is an active member of BC Paralegal Association.

Kelly has over 10 years’ of experience working with multiple companies in an HR capacity. Kelly is a dynamic and passionate People & Culture specialist and has a true generalist skill set with global experience providing transactional and operational tasks across the full spectrum of HR. Kelly is a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) in addition to being a certified Global HR Professional & HR Business Professional through the HR Certification Institute, and a Senior Certified HR Professional through the Society for HR Professionals.
